Ich (w,35) bin auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin.

**Wo:** Ab 1. März 2026 darf ich diese wunderschöne Wohnung in Wipkingen übernehmen, ideal gelegen zwischen gemütlichen Cafes, guter ÖV-Anbindung und der Limmat. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein helles Wohnzimmer mit wundervollem Blick über Zürich, eine grosszügige Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum. Ein Estrichabteil gehört ebenfalls dazu. Als besonderes Highlight steht ein gemeinsamer Garten zur Verfügung eine richtige Oase mitten in der Stadt.

**Was:** Es wird ein Untermietvertrag abgeschlossen. Zur monatlichen Miete von CHF 1'750. kommen noch Kosten für EWZ, Serafe und eventuell Wifi hinzu. Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.

**Zu mir:** Ich arbeite Vollzeit und bin wochentags meist im Büro. Am Wochenende entdecke ich gerne Neues oder bin auch mal ganz weg. Aktuell freue ich mich über Winteraktivitäten sonst mag ich Wandern, Biken, gutes Essen oder kurze Auszeiten. In einer WG ist mir ein harmonisches Miteinander wichtig: Jede soll ihr eigenes Leben leben, und trotzdem darf es gerne mal ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder ein Austausch bei einem Glas Wein geben.

**Zu dir:** Du bist berufstätig, rauchst nicht und bringst bereits WG-Erfahrung mit. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind dir in für ein angenehmes Zuhause wichtig, ebenso ein respektvoller Umgang. Du verbringst deine Zeit nicht ausschliesslich in der Wohnung (z. B. wegen Remote Work), sondern bist auch gerne unterwegs. Grundsätzlich suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin, bin jedoch auch offen für spannende männliche Profile.

I (35, f) am looking for a new roommate.

**Where:** From March 1, 2026, I will be taking over this beautiful apartment in Wipkingen, ideally located between cozy cafes, excellent public transport connections, and the Limmat river. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bright living room with a wonderful view over Zurich, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small storage room. An attic storage compartment is also available. A special highlight is the shared garden a true oasis in the middle of the city.

**What:** The room will be let on a sublease contract. In addition to the monthly rent of CHF 1,750, there are extra costs for EWZ, Serafe, and possibly WiFi. The security deposit amounts to three months' rent.

**About me:** I work full-time and am usually in the office during the week. On weekends, I enjoy discovering new things or sometimes being away altogether. At the moment, I am into winter activities otherwise I like hiking, biking, good food, or short getaways. In a flatshare I value a harmonious atmosphere: everyone should live their own life, but I also appreciate the occasional shared dinner or a chat over a glass of wine.

**About you:** You are employed, do not smoke, and already have experience living in a shared apartment. Cleanliness and order are important to you for a pleasant home, as is a respectful tone. You do not spend all your time in the apartment (e.g. due to remote work) but are also out and about. I am generally looking for a female roommate, but I am also open to interesting male profiles.
