Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 16 m²), eine gemeinsame Küche und ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Das unmöblierte Zimmer ist 9 m² groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Elektrizität, Heizung und Wasser sind im Preis enthalten (monatlich 790 Fr.). Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, und außerdem gehört ein Balkon dazu.
Die Wohnung bietet eine freundliche, soziale Atmosphäre, die während der Lernzeiten sehr ruhig bleibt.
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Gebäude im März 2027 abgerissen wird. Deswegen wäre die Vermietung auch bis dann befristet.
Ich suche eine Studentin, vorzugsweise im ähnlichen Alter, Nichtraucherin, ordentlich und Englisch und/oder Deutsch sprechend.
Mein Name ist Ioanna und ich komme aus Griechenland. Ich bin 19 Jahre alt und studiere Architektur an der ETH Zürich.

The apartment includes a living room (approx. 16 m²), a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom. The unfurnished room is 9 m² and located on the ground floor. We share the bathroom and kitchen. Electricity, heating, and water are included in the price (monthly rent 790 Fr.) There is a washing machine in the basement, and the apartment also has a balcony.
The apartment offers a friendly, social atmosphere that remains very quiet during study times.
It is important to note that the building will be demolished in March 2027. Therefore, the rental agreement would be limited until that date.
