UNTERMIETER gesucht (2 Monate) für schöne, zentrale und möbilierte Wohnung in Zürich (Sa 20.12.2025 bis am So 15.2.2026).

Wir sind zwei Niederländer (Mann und Frau von 32 Jahre alt) und wir suchen Untermieter für unsere schöne und zentrale Wohnung in Zürich (Kreis 4) weil wir zwei Monate lang reisen werden. Wir suchen Untermieter von Samstag 20.12.2025 bis am Sonntag 15.2.2026 (2 Monate). Unsere Wohnung befindet sich circa 100 Meter von Bahnhof Wiedikon. Die Lage ist also sehr zentral. In circa 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Zentrum und in circa 15 Minuten zu Fuss am Zürich Hauptbahnhof.

Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, getrennte Küche und Halle. Ausserdem hat die Wohnung zwei Balkons mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Wir vermieten die Wohnung möbiliert. Die Wohnung ist 53,77 m2 Gross und die Miete ist CHF 2080 pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten: Gas, Strom, Internet). Es gibt keine eigene Parkplatz, aber es gibt Blaue Zone Parkplätze. Unten im Keller gibt es ein Veloraum und ein gemeinsame Waschmachine und Trockner.

Wenn ihr Fragen habt hören wir es gerne. Bitte gibt uns auch Bescheid wenn ihr nur ein Teil des Zeitraums mieten möchte (aber mindestens 6 Wochen). Wir freuen uns auf eure Interesse.

Looking for a TEMPORARY tenant (2 Months) for a furnished, central located apartment in Zürich (Saturday 20.12.2025 untill Sunday 15.2.2026).

We are two people from the Netherlands (man and woman, 32 years old) and we are looking for a subletter for our nice and central apartment in Zurich (Kreis 4) because we will be traveling for 2 months. We are looking for a subtenant from Saturday 20.12.2025 until Sunday 15.2.2026. Our apartment is central located: 100 meters from Wiedikon Train station, a 10 minutes walk to the city center of Zürich and a 15 minutes walk to Zurich Main Station.

The apartment has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and hall. The apartment has two balconies with from both sides a great view. We rent the apartment totally furnished. The apartment is 53,77 m2 and the rent is CHF 2080 per month (inclusive: gas, electricity, internet). There is no parking garage, but there are blue zone parking places around the apartment. Downstairs in the basement there is a possibilty to park your bike and there are a shared washing machine and dryer.
