Because I am moving in with my partner, I am advertising a ~15 m2 room in a flatshare in Zürich Oerlikon.
The apartment has very spacious community areas (living room and kitchen), two bathrooms (each with a shower), a balcony and two shared rooftop terraces. Laundry machine and drier are included as well. Community areas and bathrooms are cleaned once a week by a cleaning team. Each tenant has his own fridge and kitchen cabinets. The room is furnished as on the photos (except for the TV table). Your flat mates will be four male students currently enrolled in Master programs at ETH/UZH. The rent will initially be limited to one year.
In general the area is relatively quiet and well connected by tram to the universities (~20 min) and the airport (~10 min). Migros/Coop/Aldi, fitness and bouldering gyms as well as park areas are within short walking distance.

Zu vermieten ist ein ca. 15m2 grosses Zimmer in einer WG in Zürich Oerlikon. Es sind grosse Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer und Küche), zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie ein Balkon vorhanden. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei geteilte Dachterassen. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden einmal pro Woche von einem Team geputzt. In der Küche gibt es eigene Regale und Kühlschränke für jede/n Mieter/in. Du wirst zusammen mit vier männlichen ETH/UZH Studenten wohnen. Die Miete wird zunächst auf ein Jahr begrenzt sein.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und gut an die Universitäten (ca. 20 min) und den Flughafen (ca. 10 min) angebunden. Migros/Aldi/Coop, Fitness und Kletter-Gyms und Grünanlagen sind fussläufig schnell zu erreichen.
