Room in a flatshare in Zug


I’m leaving a flat share apartment which is located a few minutes away from Freirum in Zug. Looking for a long term house mate to replace me.

Preference will be given to females and profiles of males who are happy to share a bathroom with a female (hygiene is important).

The room will not be suitable for couples only for single occupancy. I will only respond to people who take the time to read the advert and respond as requested - please write in English only.

You will be sharing with three others in a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. We have a large living and dining area, kitchen, store room and a generous hall way. Basement, car park and cycle storage room. Washing machines are communal and shared in the building.

About the flat share
You will be sharing with three others 2 males (Austrian and Belgian) and 1 female (Spanish) All working professionals.
We have 2 bathrooms, the two males share one bathroom and currently 2 females share the other. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight to clean to communal areas and the bathrooms - price includes cleaner and other essentials shared by flat mates.

About you

We are looking for a considerate, tidy professional who has previously shared accommodation with others. We all have our separate routines, however enjoy dinner and drinks together. The communal space (kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony) are kept extremely tidy and we like to keep it that way to respect others that we live with.
Ideally we would like a female to take over the room to replace me, as you will be sharing a bathroom with another female. However, we would consider a male if we felt the current house mate was comfortable.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, however the current furniture is for sale. The furniture was brand new when bought and is in excellent condition (like new).

The bed frame is not Ikea
The mattress is Ikea and looks brand new - for hygiene purposes a waterproof mattress cover has been used to protect the mattress
Chest of Drawers and a night cabinet are black and plenty of space
Two hanging rails to hang clothes
Curtains
Lamp
Cushions and pillows
If you are interested please write a little about yourself in english for example what your circumstances are, dates you need the room, your occupation and where you are from. Please also specify if you would like to buy the furniture separately.

We will hold visits mid November. I will very likely call you first to qualify and ensure there’s a potential match.

The room will need to be taken by the 15th December (some flexibility) as I’m relocating back to the U.K.
