4.5 Pièces, 120 m², 6. étage

Ich vermiete meine möblierte 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung aufgrund von beruflichem Auslandaufenthalt und Nichtnutzung. Mit 120 m² Wohnfläche bietet diese sonnige und ruhige Wohnung den perfekten Rückzugsort im pulsierenden Kreis 5.
Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen: Tram-Haltestelle (Nr.4) ist 2min zu Fuss, und in 10min ist man am HB. Autobahnanschluss in Richtung Bern (plus Westumfahrung in Richtung Zentralschweiz) in 5min (plus Garagenparkplatz im Haus, 250.- CHF pro Monat). In 500m ist man an der Limmat zum Spatzieren oder Joggen.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und kann entweder alleine, als Paar (1 Schlafzimmer) oder als WG (2 Schlafzimmer) verwendet werden. Das dritte Zimmer ist aktuell als Home Office eingerichtet, was ich grundsätzlich so belassen würde.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da sie sich im obersten Stock befindet und mein entsprechend keinen Balkon über sich hat. Auch der Balkon ist ein Highlight: Fast 20 m² gross (nicht in der Wohnfläche miteingerechnet!) und mit Südlage – man kann selbst im Winter bei schönem Wetter draussen sitzen, da es sehr warm ist (windgeschützt). Auf dem Balkon hat es einen Grill, einen Tisch sowie eine Lounge Garnitur und einen Liegestuhl.
Ich bin grundsätzlich flexibel was die Vermietdauer und Zeitpunkt anbelangt. Am besten wäre ein Zeitraum von 1. November für 4-6 Monate.
Der Mietzins von CHF 4’500.- pro Monat beinhaltet folgendes:
- Wohnung
- Möbel
- Internet & TV
Nicht inbegriffen sind:
- Parkplatz (250.- CHF)
- Putzfrau (aktuell alle zwei Wochen, total 240.- CHF pro Monat) – kann ich aber auch stornieren für diese Zeit.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Expats, die eine Wohnung in Zürich finden. Dies ermöglicht es, die Stadt kennenzulernen und vor Ort Wohnungen zu besichtigen (was remote unmöglich ist). Und ja, der letzte Untermieter wohnt jetzt im gleichen Haus ??
Modern, Furnished 4.5-Room Apartment in Zurich West (District 5) for Sublet
I am renting out my furnished 4.5-room apartment due to a professional stay abroad and non-use. With 120 m² of living space, this sunny and quiet apartment offers the perfect retreat in the vibrant “District 5”.
The apartment is optimally located: Tram stop (No. 4) is 2 minutes on foot, and you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. The highway access towards Bern (plus western bypass towards Central Switzerland) is 5 minutes away (plus garage parking in the building, CHF 250 per month). You can reach the Limmat River in 500 meters for walking or jogging.
The apartment is fully furnished and can be used alone, as a couple (1 bedroom), or as a shared apartment (2 bedrooms). The third room is currently set up as a home office, which I would like to leave as is.
The apartment is very bright, as it is on the top floor and therefore has no balcony above. The balcony is also a highlight: almost 20 m² in size (not included in the living space measurement!) and facing South – you can even sit outside in winter in nice weather as it is very warm (wind-protected). The balcony includes a grill, a table, a lounge set, and a deck chair.
I am generally flexible regarding the rental period and start date. Ideally, the period would be from November 1st for 4–6 months.
The monthly rent of CHF 4,500 includes the following:
• Apartment
• Furniture
• Internet & TV
Not included:
• Parking space (CHF 250)
• Cleaning lady (currently every two weeks, total CHF 240 per month) – but I can cancel this service for the duration if preferred.
The apartment is ideal for expats looking for a place in Zurich. It allows you to get to know the city and visit other apartments in person (which is impossible remotely). And yes, the last subtenant now lives in the same building ??
