Due to moving to a bigger apartment, we would like to find someone to take the current beautiful and very bright apartment in Zürich as of December 1st. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no lift). There is only one roof flat above it.

You might be able to lower the rent as I have not asked for it after the interest rate was reduced last time.

Stays in the sun most of the day.* corridor area with cloakroom cupboard and small built-in storage* small cellar compartment in the basement (3-4 m2)* bike storage inside and outside of the buildingThe apartment is located in a quiet area, tram no 13 stops just behind the building. 3 min to the Limmatriver and 5 min to the Fischerweg tram stop (lines 8, 13 (temporary), and 17). The new tenant must take over the apartment from 1.12.2025.
