~ English below ~Ich suche für November und Dezember jemanden zur Untermiete für meine gemütliche und geräumige 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit klassischer Raumaufteilung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Falls du kaum was besitzt, gibt es hier also alles was du brauchst. Falls du Stauraum brauchst, gibt es auch noch Platz im eigenen Kellerabteil. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, im dritten Zimmer gibt es einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit externem Bildschirm.Die Lage ist ruhig aber gut gelegen. Hinterm Haus liegt der Wald vom Zürichberg, und dank der fussläufig zwei Minuten entfernten Tramhaltestelle Überlandpark gibt es eine direkte und schnelle Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Ein großer Coop ist auch in der Nähe, und für alles andere ist Oerlikon nicht weit entfernt. Im Keller gibt es einen Fahrradraum und eine geteilte Waschmaschine ohne Waschplan, die fast immer frei ist. Die Wohnung ist zwar im Erdgeschoss, es gibt jedoch ein paar Stufen vor der Wohnungstür. Deswegen ist die Wohnung leider nicht barrierefrei.Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne was kurzes über dich und das du gelesen hast, dass es sich um eine zweimonatige Untermiete im November und Dezember handelt :)

~ German above ~I am looking for someone to sublet my cosy and spacious 3-room flat with a classic layout for November and December. The flat is fully furnished. If you don't have much stuff, you'll find everything you need here. If you need storage space, there is also room in a basement compartment. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and the third room has a height-adjustable desk with an external monitor.The location is quiet but convenient. Behind the house is the Zürichberg forest, and thanks to the Überlandpark tram stop just a two-minute walk away, there is a direct and fast connection to the city centre. There is also a large Coop supermarket nearby, and for everything else, Oerlikon is not far away. In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room and a shared washing machine with no washing schedule, which is almost always free. The apartment is on the ground floor, however there is a few steps going up to the apartment door so unfortunately, it is not barrier free.If you are interested, please write me a little something about you and that you have understood that this apartment is only available for a two month period in November and December :)
