Ich vermiete ab 1. Oktober in meiner großzügigen Wohnung ein WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete auf unbegrenzte Zeit. Ich suche jemanden, der gerne Teil dieser 2er-WG wird, ein gemütliches WG-Leben schätzt, sich auch mal auf ein Abendessen oder Drink freut gleichzeitig aber die Privatsphäre des anderen respektiert. Wichtig ist mir ein unkompliziertes Miteinander und ein sauberes Zuhause.

Aktuell wird die Wohnung noch von Freunden von mir bewohnt, die Bilder sind von Ihnen. Ein Teil der Einrichtung wird von mir ersetzt. Details können gerne abgesprochen werden, ich bin da unkompliziert.

Zur Wohnung & Zimmer:Die Wohnung verfügt über 4,5 Zimmer mit 3 Schlafzimmern, ein grosszügiges südseitiges Wohnzimmer mit grosser Fensterfront und Balkon. Das dritte Schlafzimmer wird voraussichtlich von mir als Büro und Gästezimmer genutzt. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über zwei Bäder, wovon eines von dir benutzt wird.

Extras:Bodenheizung, elektrische Storen und Sonnenmarkise, Einbauschränke, eigener Trockner & Waschmaschine (im Badezimmer), eigener Keller, zusätzlicher Stauraum / Vorratsraum, Veloraum und auf Anfrage einen Stellplatz in der Einstellhalle. Du könntest aus einem der beiden verfügbaren Zimmer auswählen (beide ca. 15 qm). Beide Zimmer bieten genügend Platz, sodass du neben Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch auch locker noch Platz für mehr hast. Zusätzlich steht dir ein eigenes grosszügiges Bad inkl. Dusche und WC zur Verfügung, das überwiegend von dir benutzt wird (ca. 7qm). Lediglich für die Wäsche würden wir beide das Badezimmer nutzen.

Zur Lage:Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof Altstetten in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Weiterhin sind Tram- und Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür. Diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop & Migros, 2min), Restaurants, Bars, Apotheken und ein Einkaufszentrum sind sehr nahe gelegen. Der Bahnhof Altstetten ist ca. 3 Min. entfernt. Ebenfalls erreicht man die Limmat in ca. 10 Min.

Zu mir:Ich bin m 29 Jahre alt, seit drei Jahren in der Schweiz und in Zürich und lebe seitdem in der Liegenschaft, aktuell noch in einer anderen Wohneinheit. Ich habe einen Masterabschluss und arbeite in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche. In der Freizeit mache ich sehr viel Sport (Beachvolley, Laufen, Klettern, Skifahren etc.) und bin generell viel unterwegs, sei es ein Wochenende in der Natur oder an einem Festival, ein Städtetrip oder sonst wo in der Schweiz unterwegs

Was ich mir von dir wünschen würde:du bist... ...zwischen 25 und 35 Jahre alt ...arbeitstätig ...sauber und ordentlich aber hast auch keinen Putzfimmel ...umgänglich, offen und unkompliziert ...bist auch gerne mal unterwegs am Weekend und ab und an für einen gemütlichen WG-Abend zu haben

ROOMMATE WANTED FOR 4.5-ROOM APARTMENT WITH LARGE BALCONY. 8048

I am renting out a room in my spacious flat for subletting for an indefinite period from 1st of October. I am looking for someone who would like to be part of this 2-person flat share, who appreciates a cosy flat share life, who enjoys the occasional dinner or drink but who also respects the privacy of others. It is important to me that we get along easily and keep the home clean.The flat is currently still occupied by friends of mine; the pictures are of them. I will replace some of the furnishings. Details can be discussed.

About the flat & room:The flat has 4.5 rooms with 3 bedrooms, a spacious south-facing living room with large windows and a balcony. I plan to use the third bedroom as an office and guest room. The flat also has two bathrooms, one of which you will use.

Extras:Underfloor heating, electric blinds and sun awning, built-in wardrobes, private dryer & washing machine (in the bathroom), private cellar, additional storage space/pantry, bicycle storage room and, on request, a parking space in the garage. You can choose from one of the two available rooms (both approx. 15 sqm). Both rooms offer enough space so that you can easily fit in more than just a bed, wardrobe and desk. You will also have your own spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, which will mainly be used by you (approx. 7 sqm). Only for laundry we would share the bathroom.

Location:The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Altstetten railway station in a quiet side street with no through traffic. There are also tram and bus stops right outside the door. Various shopping facilities (Coop & Migros, 2 minutes away), restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a shopping centre are very close by. Altstetten train station is approx. 3 minutes away. You can also reach the Limmat river in approx. 10 minutes.

About me:I am 29 years old, have been in Switzerland and Zurich for three years and have been living in the property ever since, currently in a different flat. I have a master's degree and work in the construction and real estate industry. In my free time, I do a lot of sports (beach volleyball, running, climbing, skiing, etc.) and am generally on the go a lot, whether it's a weekend in nature or at a festival, a city trip or somewhere else in Switzerland

What Im looking for in you: Aged between 25 and 35 Employed Clean and tidy, but not obsessively so Easy-going, sociable, open and friendly Down for a night out on the weekend and from time to time eager for a joined WG night.
