In einer gepflegten, hellen, sauberen und ruhigen 3er-WG mit berufstätigen 20-35jährigen Männern ist ein Zimmer frei für jemanden, dem Ruhe und Sauberkeit auch wichtig sind. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und Ruhe zum erholen und ist doch gut an Zürich angebunden (15 Min zu Fuss zum Bahnhof oder alle 30 Minuten Bus vor der Haustür). Die jetzigen Mieter sind eher IT-ler und Ingenieure und es wird jemand, bevorzugt ein Mann, gesucht, der dazu passt. Diese Wohnung hat das Potential zu einem Zuhause zu werden für jemanden, der z.B. neu aus dem Deutschland zu uns kommt. Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der mindestens ein halbes Jahr bei uns wohnen wird.

Das Zimmer ist nur ca. 10-12 qm3 gross, jedoch profitieren Sie von einem sehr grossen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon. Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Das möblierte Foto ist vom Zimmer nebenan, das fast identisch aussieht.

Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon möglich, Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt und bei Schlüsselübergabe sind zwei Monatsmieten als Kaution fällig.

A room is available in a well-kept, bright, clean and quiet 3-person shared flat with working 20-35 year old men for someone for whom peace and cleanliness are also important. The apartment has plenty of space and peace and quiet to relax, yet is well connected to Zurich (15 min walk to the train station or bus every 30 minutes from the front door). The current tenants tend to be IT people and engineers and we are looking for someone, preferably a man, who fits the bill. This apartment has the potential to become a home for someone new from Germany, for example. We are looking for someone who will live with us for at least six months.

The room is only about 10-12 square meters, but you will benefit from a very large living and dining area with a balcony. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The furnished photo is of the room next door, which looks almost identical.

Smoking is only possible on the balcony, pets are unfortunately not allowed and two months' rent is due as a deposit when the keys are handed over.
