Ich bin für mehrere Monate auf Reisen und stelle in dieser Zeit meine möblierte 2.5 Zi-Wohnung zur Untermiete zur verfügung. Ich suche eine Einzelperson, welche ab September bis ca. Ende Januar (Dauer nach Absprache flexibel, auch kürzer/länger möglich) die Wohnung übernimmt.

Die Wohnung bietet:

Ich suche eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht.

I’ll be traveling for several months and will be subletting my furnished 2.5-room apartment during that time. I’m looking for a single person to take over the apartment from September until around the end of January (the duration is flexible and can be shorter or longer by arrangement).
