The room is part of a 3.5-room flat located in a very convenient and quiet area of Wiedikon. The room ca. 12mq, has a private balcony, with furniture (bed with mattress, closet) up for sale (300CHF).

Rent is 1,280CHF (utilities included), with a 2-month deposit required. On top expenses: ca. 20CHF every 2 weeks for a cleaning person.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two flatmates in their late twenties, both English, French and German speakers, with jobs in finance and robotics.

We're looking for someone around our age, with a stable income and an active lifestyle. ??

Migros and Coop are both within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a bus stop (72) right in front of the house, the Schmiede Wiedikon stop is 5 minutes walking (trams 9/14, lots of buses), and Zurich HB is 20 minutes away walking/10 minutes cycling. There is also a running track right across the street, and you'll live right next to the Sihl river.
