We are subletting our 93 sqm flat at the border of Albisrieden and Wiedikon. Move in is flexible around mid-June and move-out end of September.

The flat is fully furnished with two bedrooms (one or two beds optionally), desks and lot of storage space. In the living room, you have a sofa, TV and a bid dining table. The open kitchen is nicely located in the living area with a dishwasher. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bath, shower and washing machine / tumbler.

The flat has a lot of natural light, while staying cool in the summer even in hot periods. You can enjoy the view over Uetliberg from the balcony, we will be leaving balcony furniture for you.

You'll reach trams 2, 3, 9, 14 within 5-10 min walking and the bus stop outside the house takes you directly to Bhf Wiedikon. There is a supermarket in the ground floor of the building. The flat is located in a quiet area and you have restaurants and bars in walking distance.
