What you will do

As a Junior Product Manager, you will further develop our products in the insurance and pension sector and ensure smooth operations. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting product discovery and identifying potential in usability and conversion through market research, data analysis, and user research. You validate your hypotheses using A/B tests and qualitative methods.

  • Supporting the implementation of features and stories in close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

  • Ensuring the operational running of the products: updating product data, preparing reports, and working with the development team to guarantee the availability and quality of internal tools and comparison platforms.

What we expect from you
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at the interface between business and technology. Experience in insurance, finance, or pensions is a big plus.

  • Technical understanding and a strong interest in digital solutions.

  • Confidence working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheets.

  • A university degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
