Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere moderne und möblierte 4-Zimmer-Wohung (c. 110 Quadratmeter). Bevorzugt jemand zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren mit unbefristetem Arbeitsverhältnis. Uns ist wichtig, dass du gut in die WG passt, die keineswegs eine Zweck-WG ist. Deine beiden potentiellen Mitbewohner sind Simon und Amanda aus Deutschland und der Schweiz, beide berufstätig und hervorragende Roomies.

**Die Wohnung bietet:**
- Zwei Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner)
- Grosse moderne Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine)
- Balkon mit Grill

Das ausgeschriebene Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Boxspringbett inkl. 160cm Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Fernsehschrank, Fernseher, Lampen). Die Möbel müssten abgekauft werden. Ausserdem verlangt die Verwaltung ein Nettoeinkommen von c. 3x der ausgeschriebenen Miete.

We are looking for a new roommate for our modern and fully furnished 4-room apartment (approx. 110 square meters). Preferably someone between 25 and 35 years old with a permanent employment contract. It is important to us that you fit in well with the shared apartment, which is by no means just a functional flatshare. Your two potential roommates are Simon and Amanda from Germany and Switzerlandboth fixed employed and excellent roommates.
**The apartment offers:**

The advertised room is fully furnished (box-spring bed including a 160 cm mattress, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, TV cabinet, television, lamps). The furniture must be purchased from the current tenant. In addition, the property management requires a net income of approximately three times the advertised rent.
