Nous, Sonia et Quentin, sommes à la recherche d'un(e) nouveau/nouvelle colocataire à partir du 6 janvier environ.
Sonia, 28 ans, médecin à Morges, aime bien le sport, les voyages et les dîners entre amis. Quentin, 29 ans, est physiothérapeute, passionné de montagne et d'escalade.
Étant donné que nous travaillons tous les deux, nous cherchons une personne partageant un mode de vie similaire.
La chambre fait partie d'un magnifique appartement de 4.5 pièces de 100m2, offrant des pièces spacieuses et un balcon. Situé en plein centre de Lausanne. l'appartement se trouve à seulement 150m de l'arrêt de métro Bessières, à proximité de bars, restaurants et commerces variés, et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare.
Le loyer est de 975 CHF, comprenant l'acompte pour le chauffage. cela s'ajoutent les charges habituelles (femme de ménage, électricité, eau chaude, internet, etc.), estimées à environ CHF 100 par mois.

Hi all!
We, Sonia and Quentin, are looking for a new flatmate (male or female) starting from the 6th of January (we can be flexible on the exact date).
Sonia is 28 years old, works as a doctor in Morges, enjoys different sports, travelling and spending time with friends. Quentin is 29 years old, works as a physiotherapist, and enjoys hiking and bouldering. As we both work, we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
The room is part of a beautiful 4.5-room, 100 m2 apartment with very spacious living areas and a balcony. The apartment is located in the center of Lausanne. It is 150m away from the Bessières metro station, close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, and less than 10 minutes away on foot from the train station.
The rent is 975 CHF (prepayment for heating included). Additional costs such as cleaning service, electricity, internet, etc., will be added. Overall, we estimate the total cost to be around CHF 100 per month.
