**Wir suchen**
eine Person oder zwei Personen die in unsere geschätzte Wohnung (80m2) einziehen will/wollen.
Die Person/ Personen wird/werden von einer komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung profitieren.

You will benefit from a fully equipped and furnished home.

**Wir sind**
Claudio (32) und Niti (31). Wir haben selbst lange in den beiden Zimmern gewohnt. **Da wir inzwischen nicht mehr so oft in Luzern sind, geben wir unsere Zimmer ab und ziehen ins Büro (Esszimmer auf dem Grundriss) um** . Wir werden ab und zu (1-4x pro Monat) noch in der Wohnung sein, um das schöne Luzern zu geniessen, verbringen aber die meiste Zeit woanders. Wenn wir nicht da sind, darf das Büro gerne vollwertig mitbenutzt werden.

**We are**
Claudio (32) and Niti (31). We ourselves lived in the two rooms for a long time. **Since were not in Lucerne as often anymore, were giving up our rooms and moving into the office (Esszimmer on the floor plan).** Well still be in the apartment from time to time (1-4 times per month) to enjoy beautiful Lucerne, but we spend most of our time elsewhere. When were not there, the office can be fully used as well.
