Die lichtdurchflutete, sehr zentrale, moderne 2.5 Zimmer Attikawohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht: Aussicht, grosse Terrasse mit Cheminée, Panoramafenster in der Küche, Geschirrspüler, Waschturm, Einbauschränke, Parkplatz aussen oder in der Garage auf Anfrage.
Migros, Denner, Coop Pronto, Aldi, etc., Schulen, Busstation sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Wettingen ist nur ca. 10 min entfernt. Mit dem Zug insbesondere der S19 ist man schnell in Zürich.

Derzeit suche ich einen Nachmieter der die Wohnung inkl. Einrichtung übernimmt. Mindestens einen Teil der Einrichtung oder Möbel sollten abgekauft werden. Aber manches kommt auch gratis dazu.
Die gesamte Ausstattung für die Küche (Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, etc., alles was man braucht), Bett inkl. Matratze & Lattenrost, Schrank, Wäschekorb, Regal, Pult, Sessel, Teppich, Sofa, Esstisch inkl. Stühle, Balkonmöbel, montierte Deckenlampenventilatoren, TV, Sitzbank mit Stauraum (beim Eingang), Vorhänge, etc. stehen zum Verkauf oder sind gratis. (siehe Bilder)
Es muss nicht alles übernommen werden. Es laufen gleichzeitig noch Tutti Inserate für die Möbel, die Einrichtung. Jedoch wäre z.B. die Übernahme der zwei Deckenlampenventilatoren, Vorhänge, Kücheneinrichtung und einzelne grosse Möbelstücke gut.
Idealerweise übernimmt der Nachmitter auch den Garagenparkplatz für 120.00 Fr Miete pro Monat.

Hinweis: Bezgl. Baujahr & letzte Renovation bin ich mir nicht sicher.

Migros, Denner, Coop Pronto, Aldi, etc., as well as schools and a bus stop, are just a few minutes walk away. Wettingen train station is only about 10 minutes away. In particular the S19 train takes you quickly to Zurich.

I am currently looking for a new tenant who takes over the apartment including the furnishings. At least some of the furniture or furnishings should be purchased, though some items would be included for free.

The full kitchen equipment with everything you need (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc.), bed including mattress and slatted frame, wardrobe, laundry basket, shelving, desk, armchair, rug, sofa, dining table with chairs, balcony furniture, installed ceiling fan lamps, TV, storage bench (at the entrance), curtains, etc. are available for sale or for free (see photos).
Not everything has to be taken over. Some of the furniture and furnishings are also listed on Tutti. However, it would be ideal if items such as the two ceiling fan lamps, curtains, kitchen setup, and some larger furniture pieces could be taken over.
Ideally, the new tenant would also take over the garage parking space for 120.00 Fr rent per month.

Note: I am not sure about the year of construction and the last renovation.
