Rent a 2-rooms for a total of 31 m2 (office 14m2 + bedroom 17m2) for yourself in a huge shared flat (7.5-room apt, 160 m2, high ceiling) in the beautiful Zurich Seefeld, 2 min walk from the lake, 8 min walk from Opera/Stadelhofen. The 2-rooms has views on the courtyard of the building (very quiet) and is very sunny (west). We are 3 flatmates in our 40s (2 woman, 1 men) and we are looking for our 4th flatmate to join our WG. You must be a calm, kind and tidy flatmate who is also a working professional and busy traveler/commuter. You should be comfortable living alone sometimes in the big flat as we are a lot away/travelling independently. The flat has a big living room, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is located on the 4th floor, there is no lift, so you must be fit.
