Hello,

I’m a PhD student looking for a roommate to share a quiet and comfortable WG. It will be just the two of us living in the apartment.

I’m looking for a friendly, open-minded, and tidy student who values a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s privacy and need for quiet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and I’m looking for someone who does not smoke indoors.

The available room is about 17m² and has access to a small yard. Furniture can be arranged with the previous tenant.
The apartment is a 3.5-room flat with a well-equipped kitchen and an additional cellar for storage. The rent is CHF 700/month. A shared laundry room is available downstairs via reservation.

The current rent is until 31.01.2026, but is very likely to be extended.

Location & Transport:
– ETH & UZH Zentrum: 13 min by tram
– Bahnhof Oerlikon: 10 min by bus
– UZH Irchel: 5 min by tram
