Spacious and bright 16m² room available in a cozy, quiet apartment. It's unfurnished, so you're free to bring your own setup – though a good air mattress can be provided temporarily if needed.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a washing machine in the basement, free to use. Supermarkets and shops are just a short walk away, so everything is within easy reach.
Public transport is excellent:

* Glanzenberg train station is nearby (11 minutes to Zürich HB)
* Schaflibach tram stop is also within walking distance

The apartment is meant to be a calm and relaxing place, perfect for someone who values order and a peaceful atmosphere.

A bit about me: I'm someone who really values quiet and calm at home. I enjoy having a good vibe with my flatmate – maybe sharing a meal or going out now and then – but I also deeply respect personal space and privacy, and I expect the same. I usually go to the gym in the afternoons, and it's important for me that quiet hours are respected.
