Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit dem Fluss nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und dem Wald ca. 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV sind direkt um die Ecke.

Das Zimmer ist gross und hell, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad würden wir uns teilen. Es gibt ausserdem eine grosse Terrasse, die ich mit zwei weiteren Parteien im Haus teile - im Sommer ein echtes Highlight!

Die Miete beträgt CHF 1’290.– pro Monat, inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten und Internet.

I'm renting out a beautiful, spacious, and light-filled room in my apartment in district 10, available from mid-June/early July.

The apartment is in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the river and about 15 minutes from the forest. Shops and public transport are right around the corner.

The room is large and bright. We’d share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There’s also a big terrace that I share with two other parties in the building – perfect for summer!

The rent is CHF 1,290 per month, including all utilities and internet.
