-Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Besteck und Kochutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
-Internetzugang ist ebenfalls inklusive.
-Grosser Balkon nach hinten (ca. 2×4 Meter) zum Entspannen.
-Es gibt auch einen schmaleren Balkon zur Strassenseite mit Sitzgelegenheiten.
Die Lage am Helvetiaplatz ist super: Busse und Trams halten fast vor der Tür.

We are renting out a lovely 4.5-room apartment (approx. 100 m²) on the 4th floor of an old building, right in the centre of Zurich at Helvetiaplatz. Living here means being central with everything you need just around the corner.
The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures and includes:

-Dining room with a table for up to 8 people.
-Living room with a flatscreen TV.
-Study, with a dedicated workspace.
-Kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided.

-Large balcony at the back (approx. 2×4 meters) to relax on.
-There is also a narrower balcony facing the street with seating.
The location at Helvetiaplatz is fantastic: buses and trams stop almost right outside, and you’ll find many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby.
