I am looking for a WOMAN flatmate who is quiet, open-minded and tidy.
The apartment is renovated, bright and greatly located to any facilities at 4min from Sulgenau stops. It has 2 rooms, I am transforming my living room in a second bedroom. The room is not furnished. Please note that there is no living room anymore but we will be sharing the kitchen (where there is a table), bathroom and the big entrance.
- The net sub-rent is 800chf.
- The charges at 50chf per month per person.
Requirements
- 3 months deposit
- Your last 3 payslips (or the one of your Swiss garant)
- Copy of your personal liability insurance
I am a cheerful and calm person who values harmonious and tidy spaces.
I currently work from home 2.5 days a week and am therapist in-training. Home is an important place for me to ressource myself and it would be great to get along with my future flatmate.
My hobbies : I love resourcing myself in nature, meditating, reading or doing sports.
