About the Apartement:
3 room- Apartement
1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom , 1 spacious living room, and 2 individual bedrooms.
There's a relatively big balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors, plus additional storage space in the basement.

The flat is modern, bright, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood with good transport links.

Every 3 months there's an additional electricity bill that covers the extra electricity i use + wifi/tv (45CHF/month).

About me: I am a male/currently 21 years old, working full time Mon-Fri and own 2 cats.

Cleanliness is very important to the me, so I am looking for someone who is tidy and responsible in a shared space. The apartement is a great place if you're looking for a harmonious and comfortable environment to balance studies, work, and downtime.

3-Zimmer-Parterrewohnung
1 große Küche, 1 Badezimmer, 1 geräumiges Wohnzimmer und 2 separate Schlafzimmer.
Es gibt einen relativ großen Balkon, perfekt zum Entspannen im Freien, plus zusätzlichen Stauraum im Keller.

Die Wohnung ist modern, hell und befindet sich in einer ruhigen, verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Nachbarschaft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Alle 3 Monate gibt es eine zusätzliche Stromrechnung, die den Mehrverbrauch an Strom abdeckt + Internet/TV (45 CHF/Monat).

Über mich: Ich bin männlich/derzeit 21 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit von Montag bis Freitag und habe 2 Katzen.

Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, daher suche ich jemanden, der ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusst in einem geteilten Wohnraum ist. Die Wohnung ist ein großartiger Ort, wenn du eine harmonische und komfortable Umgebung suchst, um Studium, Arbeit und Freizeit in Einklang zu bringen.
