We are looking for a new open-minded and sociable roommate to join our 3-person shared apartment (WG) in the quiet and sunny Witikon neighborhood (above Seefeld) in Zurich. Your future room is located in an attractive and spacious 4½-room apartment with a large balcony offering a view of Lake Zurich. Despite the quiet location and direct access to nature with the nearby forest, Zurich city center is easily accessible by public transport, bike, or car - Zurich HB is just 15 minutes away, and the lake is 10 minutes away. The bus stop is 50 meters from the front door. A shopping center (Migros, Aldi, Denner) is a 5-minute walk away.
Apartment Details:
\* 4.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor (approx. 130m²)
\* Large balcony/terrace with lounge area and grill (approx. 30m²)
\* Three bright bedrooms with parquet flooring (all with direct balcony access and lake view)
\* A bright, spacious living room (also with balcony access and lake view)

The rental price is 1529 CHF (1379+150CHF of utlilities) per month (This includes the parking slot 150CHF that can be subleased externally if not needed and the biggest room of the apartment 1379 CHF, which consists of 2 x 14m² + 1 x 20+m²). The Internet is currently paid by subleasing the 2nd parking slot to an external person. Total Brutto Rent (incl.) = 4435 (1379 + 1379 + 1529 + 150CHF \*Sublease Park). Deposit of 8000 (3 x 2667 per person)
About Your Future Roommates:
Helene and Daniel. We are both very open, versatile, and sociable people who have been living in the apartment since 2024. We both work full-time (corporate jobs and Medical). Besides cozy Netflix evenings, we enjoy various activities like any kind of sports, relaxing by the lake, or BBQ evenings on the balcony during warm summer days. Of course, this is not mandatory, and everyone can have plenty of private time as well.
You should be a warm-hearted, easy-going person who is open and independent. We have no preference for gender; the most important thing is that the new roommate fits well with us.
