Moebliert mit Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Regalen und zwei Schränken
Gemeinsame Kueche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss

10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof
10 Minuten mit dem Velo zum See
10 Minuten zur Autobahn, 5 Minuten ins Zentrum von Uster
Aldi, Migros und Coop in 10 Minuten erreichbar

Fahrrad kann direkt beim Haus abgestellt werden
Parkplatz in der Parallelstrasse fuer CHF 50 im Monat

We are a friendly and easygoing flatshare with people from different professions ? including healthcare, IT, and trades. Everyone does their own thing, but we enjoy a respectful and relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we hang out in the garden, have a barbecue, or just enjoy being outside.
About the room:
- Bright and cozy room on the first floor, facing west
- Furnished with bed, table, chair, shelves, and two wardrobes
- Shared kitchen and living room on the ground floor
Great location:
- 10 minutes walking distance to the train station
- 10-minute bike ride to the lake
- 10 minutes to the highway, 5 minutes to Uster center
- Aldi, Migros, and Coop all within 10 minutes
Extras:
- Bike parking right at the house
- Car parking in the street nearby for CHF 50/month
- Covered outdoor area with a grill ? ideal for relaxing evenings
