Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner hellen und grosszügigen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung, die sich direkt im Zentrum von Kloten befindet. Du würdest die Wohnung nur mit mir teilen – es gibt keine weiteren Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und eine grosse Terrasse, die sich perfekt zum Entspannen oder Frischlufttanken eignet.
Die Lage ist super praktisch:
?? Der Bahnhof ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt
?? Migros, Coop und mehrere Restaurants sind in 1–3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar
Idealerweise suche ich jemanden, der nicht allzu viel Zeit zu Hause verbringt, aber ich bin flexibel. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet, aber auch Personen, die nur vorübergehend eine Unterkunft suchen, sind willkommen.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 40 Jahre alt und arbeite als IT-Ingenieur. In meiner Freizeit fahre ich gerne Fahrrad, spiele Basketball, gehe Skifahren in den Bergen oder fahre Motorrad. Ich bin oft unterwegs, sodass du viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre hast.
