Hey everyone! Our awesome flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over their room starting in the second half of May. If you're looking for a spacious, fully furnished place with great company, read on!
**Who we are:**
We're **Elena (29) and Elias (26)**, both PhD students — Elena at IBM, Elias at ETH. We speak **Italian and English** (Elias also speaks French), and we love keeping a friendly, relaxed, and social atmosphere at home. We like to keep things clean and tidy but also enjoy hanging out after work, sharing a meal, or just chilling on the couch with a good movie.
**About the flat:**

* **4.5 rooms, 122 sqm**, so there's plenty of space!
* **Three bathrooms**: we each have our own toilet, and you'd share the **shower with Elena's bathroom**
* **Laundry in the flat** (washer & dryer — no laundromat hassle!)
* **Fully furnished & comfy:**
* **Living room:** Huge, comfy couch, Hi-Fi stereo, and a **curved-screen TV with Netflix**
* **Kitchen:** Electric stove, oven, steam cooker, toaster, and a **coffee machine** — perfect for caffeine lovers!
* **Cleaning squad:** A **robot vacuum and a wireless vacuum cleaner** (yes, we take cleaning seriously but make it easy!)
* **Balcony goals:** Extra-long with **outdoor couches and a BBQ** — perfect for summer chill sessions!
* **Location:** We're in **Adliswil**, but good news — the **Adliswil Sunnau** bus stop is still in the Zurich zone!
* **Rent:** **1100 CHF/month** (excluding WiFi, which is **13 CHF/month**)
