The apartment is located on Hardstrasse in the sought-after Gellert neighborhood in Grossbasel, one of the most desirable residential areas in the city. It boasts excellent infrastructure: public transport, supermarkets, bakeries, and the post office are all within walking distance. Additionally, the Aeschenplatz is only a few minutes away on foot.
The apartment has mainly been used as a retreat for lunch breaks and short stays for my two children after school.
For most of the time, however, the 3.5-room apartment will be exclusively available for your use, and you will only pay the rental price for one room.
