**Room Available in a Wonderful, Centrally Located 3.5-Room Apartment in Zurich's Wiedikon Area (Kreis 4)**
Hi there! I'm Conor, 32 years old. I'm looking for an easygoing, tidy and reliable roommate to rent a room in my wonderful 3.5-room apartment in the Wiedikon area (Kreis 4).
**About the Apartment**
This bright and attractive 3.5-room apartment (ca. 95 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor of a beautifully renovated alt-bau building, complete with an elevator. The space features a cozy living room with a balcony, a modern kitchen with elegant herringbone parquet floors throughout the living and bedrooms, and a modern bathroom that includes both a washing machine and a dryer.
Your room is approximately 15 square meters (4m x 3.7m), bright, cozy, and includes a built-in wardrobe.
The apartment is centrally located in Kreis 4 yet tucked away on a quiet street with bakeries, shops, bars and cafés all within very short walking distance.
**Our Living Situation**
I adopt a fairly minimalistic approach when it comes to the apartment's layout. I prefer not to have too much furniture or items sitting around. The apartment is fully furnished, apart from the room I am renting out. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality cookware, including excellent pots and pans, as well as premium glassware, cups and cutlery.
**About Me**
I'm easy-going and enjoy traveling the world, and when I'm not on a plane crisscrossing the globe, you'll find me enjoying good food and wine at home. I work out quite a bit during the week, splitting my time between running at the lake, hitting the gym after work, or taking a quick hike up and down to the Uetliberg. I also enjoy listening to chilled music at home— salsa, bossa nova and Cuban/Latin music are some of my favourites.
I have quite a demanding corporate job, so I typically aim to be in bed by 10 and sleeping by 11 p.m. as I get up around 7 a.m. for work. I'd appreciate a roommate who is on a similar schedule as I find it helps to maintain a peaceful and productive living environment for us both. I also like to maintain my currently mature living situation—yes, parties are great fun, but I'd prefer them on the low side. I don't mind us having a few friends over for dinner and drinks from time to time, but no partying on a constant basis—those days are behind me, and maybe you too! :) In addition, there are several young families in the building, so it's important we maintain the status quo of keeping noise to a minimum.
**Rent and Costs**
* Rent: 1950 CHF per month
* Additional monthly costs: Internet and a cleaner who comes twice per month as well as electricity and other bills (subject to usage)
