Hi everyone,
we are looking for a student (female/male) to take over a great room in a nice students' living community in Zürich Affoltern in a very good location.

Here’s some useful information:
- Room: beautiful space with approx. 16 m2. Partly furnished, e.g. bed frame, bedside table, wardrobe, table, chair.
- House: the house has been renovated a few years ago with new windows, new insulation.
- WG: it is a WG for 3 people, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 balcony, 1 kitchen+dining area, 2 bathrooms (one with shower/bathtub) and a big space in the basement. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothesline as well a clothes drying rack.
- Location: very good location, quiet but still well connected to the city: 5min from Zehntenhausplatz (Coop, Migros, Denner, pharmacy, ...), 10min from Zurich Affoltern train station. Right next to the house, there is also a forest with plenty of space for jogging/relaxing walks (it is also possible to walk to ETH Hoenggerberg in a short time).
- Access to ETH/University: 10min to ETH Hoenggerberg, 30min to ETH Zentrum/University, 20-25min to Irchel

- Costs: the rent is approx. ~650 CHF per month (utilities included).
- When: from 01.03.2025 (ideal case) - 01.04.2025 (latest)
- Term of lease: not limited
- Caveats: non-smoker!, the room can only be rented to students (including doctoral students).

Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen einen Studenten/Studentin zur Übernahme eines tollen WG Zimmers in einer netten Studenten-Wohngemeinschaft in Zürich Affoltern in sehr guter Lage.

Hier ein paar nützliche Informationen:
- Zimmer: schöner Raum mit ca. 16 m2. Teilweise möbliert, z.B. Bettgestell, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stuhl.
- Haus: Das Haus wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, neue Fenster, neue Isolierung.
- WG: Es ist eine WG für 3 Personen, die aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Balkon, 1 Küche+Essbereich, 2 Bädern (eines mit Dusche/Badewanne) und einem grossen Raum im Keller besteht. Außerdem gibt es eine gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheleinen sowie Wäscheständer.
- Lage: sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Stadt: 5min vom Zehntenhausplatz (Coop, Migros, Denner, Apotheke, ...), 10min vom Bahnhof Zürich Affoltern. Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Waldstück mit viel Platz zum Joggen/Erholen (auch die ETH Hönggerberg ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar).
- Erreichbarkeit der ETH/Universität: 10min bis ETH Hönggerberg, 30min bis ETH Zentrum/Universität, 20-25min bis Irchel

- Kosten: Die Miete beträgt ca. 650 CHF pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten).
- Mietbeginn: 01.03.2025 (ideal) - 01.04.2025 (spätestens)
- Mietdauer: nicht begrenzt
- Vorbehalte: Nichtraucher!, das Zimmer kann nur an Studenten (inklusive Doktoranden) vermietet werden.
