Are you ready to take the digital marketing of our marketplace products to the next level? As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the growth of our real estate and automotive marketplaces, directly influencing demand, conversion, and revenue through your campaigns.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic ownership of the market positioning and value proposition of our marketplace products (e.g. real estate and automotive marketplaces)
- Analysis and definition of relevant target groups, use cases, and customer journeys across all key touchpoints
- Development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing product offerings, including prioritisation of messages, target groups, and channels
- Creation of clear campaign briefings for performance, content, and CRM initiatives, and close collaboration with the central marketing team during planning and execution
- Derivation of data-driven recommendations to increase conversion, lead quality, and marketplace liquidity across the entire funnel
- Building robust market and customer insights through in-depth analyses, competitive monitoring, and performance review

- At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing (agency and/or in-house); B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Hands-on mentality: you take ownership, test, iterate, and independently drive initiatives to completion, with a strong focus on impact and outcomes
- Experience in a marketplace, platform, or performance-driven environment
- Strong proficiency with tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience in senior-level stakeholder management (e.g. executive management)
- Team player with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and a high level of initiative
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
