Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell. Je nach Absprache können einige Möbel übernommen werden. **Das Zimmer ist ab dem 16.08. verfügbar** und kann idealerweise ab diesem Datum übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eine große Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher und Balkon. Die Lage an der Clausiusstrasse 66 ist sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum ETH Zentrum und mit mehreren Tramverbindungen direkt vor der Tür. Von hier aus ist man schnell überall in Zürich.

Die beiden Mitbewohner arbeiten im ETH-/Engineering-Umfeld. Sie sind unkompliziert, entspannt und am Wochenende manchmal nicht zu Hause. Bei Interesse organisiere ich gerne ein Kennenlernen oder eine Besichtigung mit den beiden. Da sie die Hauptmieter sind, treffen sie am Ende auch die Entscheidung.

**Wen wir suchen:** Idealerweise bist du mindestens 25 Jahre alt, berufstätig oder PhD-/Doktorand an der ETH oder einer ähnlichen Institution tätig. Du schätzt ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben, bist offen, unternehmungslustig und gleichzeitig rücksichtsvoll im WG-Alltag. Uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander wichtiger als eine reine Zweck-WG.

The apartment features two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining area, and a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and balcony. It is located at Clausiusstrasse 66 in a very central area, just a few minutes from ETH Zentrum and with several tram lines right outside the door. It's an ideal location for getting anywhere in Zurich quickly.

Your two future flatmates both work in the ETH/engineering environment. They are easy-going, relaxed, and often away on weekends. If you're interested, I'd be happy to arrange a viewing or an opportunity to meet them. As they are the main tenants, they will make the final decision.

**Who we're looking for:** Ideally, you're 25 or older, working professionally or pursuing a PhD (or in a similar stage of your career). You're easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed shared-living atmosphere. We'd love to find someone who is open-minded, sociable, and enjoys occasionally spending time together, while also respecting each other's privacy. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to a friendly home rather than just a place to stay.
