Gemütlich + Fenster zum Balkon. Wir sind beide als Hauptmieter im Vertrag eingetragen, was auch für den Nachmieter gelten würde.
Über die Wohnung:
Altbau, 3 Minuten vom Albisriederplatz entfernt. Tram 3, 2, Buslinien 33, 83 und 72. Der derzeitige Mitbewohner, der auszieht, nimmt alle Wohnzimmermöbel mit. Wenn du also Möbel mitbringen kannst: super. Wenn nicht, müssen wir das Nötigste anschaffen (Sofa/Tisch).
Über mich:
Ich bin 24, halb schweizerin, halb Mexikanisch. Ich spreche DE/EN/ES. Ich habe lange im Ausland gelebt und schon in vielen WGs gewohnt. Ich bin unkompliziert und wünsche mir jemanden, mit dem das Zusammenleben unkompliziert ist. Ich arbeite im Eventbereich, daher komme ich oft spät nach Hause. Ich bin social, mag es aber auch, zu chillen und ein Buch zu lesen. Ich bin oft in den Bergen und habe viele Hobbys. Ich mag ab und zu auch dinners zu hosten oder kollegen einladen für brunch.
Ich berücksichtige nur Bewerbungen, die eine kurze Selbstbeschreibung enthalten. Erzähl mir, wer du bist, was du machst, welche Hobbys du hast usw. Danke!

Cozy + Window to the balcony. We are both listed as main tenants on the contract so this would also be the case for the tenant taking over.
About the flat:
Altbau located 3 minutes from albisriederplatz. Tram 3, 2, buses 33 & 83&. 72. The current housemate who is leaving will take all the living room furniture so if you have furniture to bring: great. If not we will have to buy the basics (sofa/ table).

I am 24, swiss/ mexican. I speak DE/ EN/ ES. I have lived abroad a long time and lived in my fair share of WG's. Im easy going and would like someone uncomplicated to co- live with. I work in events so i am often home late. I like hosting dinners or brunch with friends from time to time but also like to chill and read a book. I am in the mountains a lot in summer and have lots of hobbies.
