"Chasa al Battaporta," situated at 1,720 meters above sea level in the Engadin, in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site), offers maximum tranquility, privacy, and a connection with nature across approximately 405 m² of net living space (520 m² gross floor area / 650 m² usable area) and 14 rooms.
Marvel at the deer and roe deer in the garden, enjoy absolute peace and privacy, and be captivated by the starry sky, which you can admire without any external light pollution at the "Chasa al Battaporta" retreat.
Ample space is available for your family, friends, and guests. In addition to the living room, kitchen, wine cellar, office, wellness area, and various utility rooms, there are seven bedrooms with six bathrooms.
Three cars can be parked under cover, and countless more can be accommodated outdoors on the year-round accessible grounds. The access road is plowed by the municipality right up to the house.
