The apartment features a large shared living and dining area, a bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as shared amenities such as a bicycle storage room and a private cellar. The overall atmosphere of the apartment is friendly, uncomplicated, and respectful of personal space.

We are looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated, and reliable person who enjoys shared living but also values personal space.
