WG Neugründung
Nach der Renovation in den ersten Dezemberwochen kann die (leer stehende) Wohnung ab dem 15.12.2025 bezogen werden. Es wird zu Beginn nicht viel geben außer Platz, doch der Wöchentliche Flohmarkt und die Kaufhäuser in der Umgebung helfen sicher dabei in kurzer Zeit die Wohnung mit allem Nötigen auszustatten und wohnlich zu gestalten.

**Die Gegend** um die Langstrasse ist lebendig, aktiv, laut und abwechslungsreich. Das nächste Restaurant ist eine Etage tiefer der nächste Supermarkt ist zwei Türen weiter. Es gibt unzählige Spätis, Märkte, Bars, Parks, Shops, Restaurants, Kulturangebote und Cafés fußläufig in der Umgebung.
**Die Anbindung** lässt keine Wünsche offen. Durch den Hinterhof in einer Minute bei der Tramstation Bezirkgebäude, vor dem Haus die Bushaltestelle Kernstrasse und eine Minute entfernt ist die Haltestelle Helvetiaplatz. Egal welches Ziel in Zürich, man braucht nie länger als 20 Minuten.
**Idealerweise** suchst du auch unkomplizierte, freundliche und zuverlässige Menschen mit denen du in einer ungezwungenen Gemeinschaft zusammen leben kannst.
**Ich bin** Ron, vor 40 Jahren in Berlin geboren und seit knapp einem Jahr in der schönen Schweiz. Ich bin meistens gut gelaunt, freundlich, hilfsbereit und ziemlich humorvoll. Ein Feierabendbier in der Küche, gemeinsam kochen oder zusammen auf Party immer gerne, aber manchmal brauche ich auch meine Ruhe.

New flatshare formation
After renovation during the first weeks of December, the (currently empty) apartment will be ready to move into on December 15, 2025. In the beginning, there won't be much except space, but with the weekly flea market and the many nearby shops, we'll quickly have everything needed to make it cozy and fully equipped.
**The area around** Langstrasse is lively, active, noisy, and full of variety. The next restaurant is one floor down, and the nearest supermarket is just two doors away. There are countless convenience stores, markets, bars, parks, shops, restaurants, cultural spots, and cafés all within walking distance.
**Public transport** connections are excellent: through the backyard you reach the tram stop Bezirkgebäude in one minute, in front of the house is the bus stop Kernstrasse, and Helvetiaplatz is just a minute away. No matter where you go in Zurich, you'll never need more than 20 minutes.
**Ideally**, you're also looking for easygoing, friendly, and reliable people to share a relaxed, communal living space with.
**I'm Ron**, born in Berlin 40 years ago and living in beautiful Switzerland for almost a year now. I'm usually in a good mood, friendly, helpful, and have a good sense of humor.
