Ich möchte meine Wohnung im Januar und Februar 2026 gerne untervermieten. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Bad sowie einen ruhigen Balkon. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert und mit Küchenutensilien vermietet. Sie eignet sich perfekt für eine Single Person oder ein Paar.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle "In der Ey" liegt sehr nah (2 Minuten zu Fuss) - auch die Tramhaltestelle "Triemli" ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt einen Coop, Migros Voi, sowie einen Denner in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, recht hell und die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und angenehm. Der Uetliberg ist zu Fuss super erreichbar. Mit dem Velo sind es 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Alles in der Wohnung kann benutzt werden. Froh wäre ich darum, wenn meine Pflanzen gepflegt würden. Falls es Fragen gibt, gerne schreiben!

I'm renting out my apartment from the 1st of January until the end of February (two months). The rent is 1.650 CHF per month, and it's located between Triemli and Albisriederdörfli, a nice and calm neighborhood, very close to Uetliberg. It's a 2.5 room apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with table and two chairs, a bathroom and a blacony, suitable for a single person or a couple.

The closest tram/bus stations are "In der Ey" (2 mins walk) and Triemli (6 mins walk). Supermarkets like Coop, Migros Voi, and Denner are in walking distance. Uetliberg is in walking distance, and it takes about 15-20 minutes by bike or public transport to the city center. The apartment is quiet, bright and the neighbors are friendly, and easygoing.
