We are moving out and are thus searching for someone to take over our beautiful apartment on Jenatschstrasse, just minutes from Rentenwiese, the Zurich lake and Bahnhof Enge.

The apartment was renovated in 2020 and is in good condition. It is in two floors with the kitchen, an extra toilet, and the living room on the lower floor, and three separate rooms, a bathroom, and two balconies on the upper floor. There is an in-unit washing machine and dryer, and there is a lift in the building as well as storage space in the basement.

The rent incl. heating/water is currently 5'094 but we've received a notice from the landlord that it will be lowered to 4'950 on July 1st. The takeover date is planned for July 1st, but can potentially be discussed.

We prefer to sell the furniture in the living room, on the balconies, as well as in the second room - at fair, discounted prices.
