Sunny Room in 3 Rooms Apartment Available from September
I'm looking for a new flatmate (30+ years old) to share my cozy and bright apartment in a quiet, green area of Zurich. The apartment is right across the street from a large park and forest, perfect for walking, jogging, cycling, or just relaxing in nature. Supermarkets, tram stops, and Sihlcity are close by, and the city center or lake is easily reachable by tram or on foot. You can even hike up to Uetliberg from here!
Preferably looking for someone who needs the room only during the working week (Monday to Friday), but I'm open to discussing other arrangements.

Your Room
- 13.9 m²
- If you need: Neiden Ikea bed frame in wood (140x200 cm) and desk (the current flatmate is taking the mattress and wardrobe)
- Available from September (possibly 1 month earlier if needed)
- The rent: includes WiFi, TV, water, and heating
- Note: Serafe (radio/TV) tax and electricity are not included
- Water and heating costs are paid monthly based on an estimated amount and are reconciled annually according to actual consumption. Any difference will be settled accordingly at the end of the billing period.

About the Apartment
- 2 bedrooms (you’ll have one, and I live in the other)
- Shared spaces: living room, kitchen, and bathroom
- The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, bookshelf, and TV
- Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridges, boiler, some cutlery, and kitchenware (bringing your plates/glasses is helpful as the previous flatmate will take some)
- Bathroom with standard amenities
- Shared garden outside and bike space available
- Washing machine & dryer in the basement (shared building use)

Who I’m Looking For
I'm looking for a flatmate (female or male, 30+) who is friendly, respectful, gay-friendly, clean, and dog-friendly. Ideally, someone who takes care of the apartment and the existing furniture, and who is happy to share cleaning duties.
