I'm moving out of my shared flat, so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract.

The ideal moving date should be the 1st of August but it's possible to anticipate, but not before the 1st of July, the contract can be extended to a minimum of 17 to 24 months
You'll be sharing the apartment with a lovely lady named Lorna.

The apartment is 100 m2, and your private bedroom is 16 m2, fully furnished.
You'll have access to the shared spaces, which include:

\- a sunny balcony
\- a spacious, fully equipped kitchen
\- a large living/dining room
\- high-speed internet and TV (Glasfaser 5G)

Additionally, there's an attic and a basement.
In the basement you'll also have access to:
a bicycle parking spot
two shared laundry rooms with washers and dryers

Rent is CHF 1,150, including all utilities (trash, bills, Zurich sack, etc.).
Additionally 30 CHF for the internet.

About you:
We're looking for a non-smoking, English-speaking working professional.
The apartment is always kept clean, so being tidy and respectful is essential.
