Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Klusplatz im Kreis 7 (Zürichberg) und ist bestens an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden (Tramlinien 3 und 8, Buslinien 31, 33, 701, 703 und 704, ca. 11 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof, 6 min bis Stadelhofen). Am und um den Klusplatz finden sich diverse Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Coop Pronto, Klus-Metzgerei, Holzofen-Bäckerei, Delikatessen-Lädeli, Migros Kreuzplatz) sowie auch eine chemische Kleiderreinigung und eine Apotheke. Vom Klusplatz ist man innert wenigen Minuten in der Natur, am Zürichberg, im Dolderwald oder im Botanischen Garten. We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful, bright 3-room apartment (approx. 79 m²) on Klusplatz, available from 1 July 2025. The rent, including utilities, is CHF 2,970 per month.

The apartment is located directly at the Klusplatz in district 7 (Zürichberg) and is well connected to public transport (tram lines 3 and 8, bus lines 31, 33, 701, 703 and 704, approx. 11 minutes to the main station, 6 minutes to Stadelhofen). There are various restaurants, shops (including a Coop Pronto, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a delicatessen, and the Migros Kreuzplatz) as well as a dry cleaner and a pharmacy in and around Klusplatz. From Klusplatz, you can reach the countryside, the Zürichberg, the Dolderwald or the Botanical Gardens in just a few minutes. The bus also takes you to the lake, the Badi Tiefenbrunnen and the Chinawiese in about 10 minutes.

The building has been completely renovated in 2019.
