Unsere 102 m2 große Wohnung inkl. Balkon, Kellerabteil und überdachten Radstellplatz, bietet neben einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum noch 2 Bäder (mit Dusche oder Badewanne, sowie einer Waschmaschine & einem Tumbler).
Einen PKW-Stellplatz kann optional gemietet werden ; ca. 165CHF pro Monat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und verfügt über einen Aufzug.
Die Lage der Wohnung bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Direkte Verbindung mit dem Bus ca. 13 Min., sowie die Tram 14 zum Oerlikon Bahnhof (2 Min.) und Zürich HB (18 Min.). Die ETH ist in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

Dear future flatmate,
We are looking for a new member for our dynamic living community, starting on the 15th of May 2025.
We live in a fantastic 102 m2 flat with a balcony, basement and a bike shed. Our flat also offers a big living room, two bathrooms as well as a private washing machine and tumbler. We are on the first floor and the building has an elevator.
You can have a parking spot for around 165 chf/month.
The tram and bus stop is right in front of the building. You have direct connection with the airport taking the bus (13 min), Oerlikon Banhof with Tram 14 (2 min), Zürich HB (18 min) and ETH (20 min).
There is also a Migros, Kiosk, Basefit and Pharmacy right in front of the building. You can also find a Denner, Coop, Aldi and ZKB. The Post office is 3 min away. Glattpark is 10 away by foot.
