GIRLS ONLY - Room for rent in a 3.5 apartment in Wiedikon

I am looking for a flatmate starting preferably May 1, 2025 or June 1st.

About the flat:

* Costs: monthy rent is CHF 1'400 (half of the total rent).
* Additional costs not included in the rent: Serafe, electricity, internet.
* Location: Wiedikon (Kalkbreitestrasse), very well connected - 3 minutes walk to Bahnhof Wiedikon, to Schmiede Wiedikon (trams 9 and 14), and to Lochergut (trams 2 and 3)
* Flat: the apartment is on the 5th floor, has 2 balconies, and there is a lot of natural light; the room can be taken over either partially furnished or empty.
* Non-negotiable requirements: clean and quiet person

You will share the flat with me, Elena, 32 yo. Since I am currently the main tenant and it is possible that I will be moving out in a few months, you also need to be willing and able to take over the main contract if you are interested in keeping the flat when I leave.
