I’m sadly moving out of our beautiful 4.5-room flat on the Zürichberg – only because I’m moving in with my girlfriend. Otherwise, I would’ve definitely stayed!

Very central – just 3–4 minutes walking to the nearest tram or bus stop, and only 5 minutes to the city center by scooter.

Your new flatmate:
30 years old, super tidy, respectful, and easy-going – the WG vibe is chill and friendly.
Rent:
Currently slightly reduced thanks to the new insulation. There might be a small increase in the next months as the entire building was recently renovated and repainted.
Bonus:
There’s a chance to take over the whole apartment in the future if you’d like. My flatmate might also move out at some point, so you could either keep the WG going or have the place to yourself.
