Während wir von Anfang August 2025 für ein Jahr reisen, vermieten unsere moderne und exklusive, möblierte Wohnung auf \*\*befristeter Basis\*\* in Zürich Oerlikon.

Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Etagen mit einer Wohnfläche von 100 m² und verfügt über grosse Glasfronten auf jeder Etage, die für viel Tageslicht sorgen. Mit zwei grosszügigen Balkonen, einem voll ausgestattetem Bad und einem extra Gäste WC bietet die Wohnung viel Platz zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet und komplett möbliert, sodass Sie nur noch einziehen und sich wohlfühlen müssen.

Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral 5: Busminuten zum Bahnhof Oerlikon. Ideal für Stadtmenschen, die das urbane Leben schätzen, aber gleichzeitig die Ruhe eines gehobenen Wohnquartiers geniessen möchten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop & Aldi jeweils 7 min zu Fuss) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung wird befristet vermietet, es könnte allerdings eine Möglichkeit auf Übernahme im Juni 2026 geben. Eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung sowie eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete, die am Ende der Mietzeit zurückerstattet wird, sind erforderlich. While we travel from June 2025 to June 2026, we rent out our modern and exclusive furnished apartment on a \*\*temporary basis\*\* in Zurich Oerlikon.

The apartment spans three floors with a living area of approximately 100 m² and features large glass fronts on each floor, allowing plenty of natural light. With two fully equipped bathrooms and two spacious balconies, the apartment offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped, so you can move in and feel at home right away.

The location is quiet yet central, ideal for city dwellers who appreciate urban living but also want to enjoy the tranquility of an upscale residential area. Public transport (bus stop right outside the door, Bahnhof Oerlikon is 5 minutes away) and shops (Coop & Aldi each 7 minutes walk) are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is available for temporary rent and is particularly suitable for expats, business professionals, or individuals seeking a temporary residence in Zurich. There is a possibility that we will give up the apartment in June 2026 and you could permanently move in. A valid liability insurance and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period, are required. Internet and utilities are included in the price.
