(English below) Wir vermieten ab 25.06.2025 bis Mitte 2026 unsere schöne 2-Zimmerwohnung im EG, da wir im Ausland sind. Die Mietdauer ist variabel. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand von Basel in ruhiger Lage, ca. 200 m vom Rhein entfernt. Die Innenstadt erreicht man per Bus/Tram in ca. 15-20 min. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Parks und Picknickplätze. Ein Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf organisiert werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch (140 cm breit), gut ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer mit Wanne. Ausserdem gehört zur Wohnung ein sonniger Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Ihr dürft die gesamte Wohnungseinrichtung benutzen. Im Gegenzug wären wir froh, wenn ihr ein wenig auf unsere Pflanzen schaut und alles sauber wieder verlasst. Bei Interesse zeigen wir euch gerne die Wohnung per Videocall. We are renting out our beautiful 2-room apartment on the ground floor from June 25th 2025 until mid 2026 (rental period is flexible), as we are abroad. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Basel in a quiet location, approx. 200 m from the Rhine. The city center can be reached by bus/tram in approx. 15-20 min. There are many parks and picnic areas in the surrounding area. A parking space can be organized if required. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, living room with pull-out couch (140 cm wide), well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The apartment also has a sunny garden with garden furniture. You may use the entire furnishings. In return, we would be happy if you would take care of our plants and leave everything clean.
