One of our housemates has received an exciting promotion that unfortunately will take him outside of Switzerland, so we have a room opening up.

**Location:** Located just a 10-min walk or 3-min bus from Oerlikon station, and all major supermarkets within a 7-10min walk (as well as a post office, pharmacy, and great kebabs & bagels!).

**About the apartment:** We have a large (around 50m2) living, dining and kitchen area, a 22m2 balcony spanning the entire length of the apartment. We have a shared bike room, a private storage room in the cellar, and our own washing machine & dryer in the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and has floor heating throughout. (Parking spaces are available for CHF150 per month.)

**About the room:** The available room is the largest room in the apartment with almost 24m2 and your own private bathroom (around 4.5m2).The room is currently furnished and our housemate is happy to sell everything (minus the desk chair and lounge chair) for CHF440; furniture takeover is preferred, but not required.

**About us:** We are Lyndal (half German, half Australian) and Nora (German). Lyndal works at a Swiss IT company, and Nora is about to start her PhD. During the week we both typically work a lot; in the evenings we like to do sport, meet with friends, or just chill at home. On weekends we both enjoy travelling, spending time outside, and meeting up with friends. We occasionally enjoy a bottle of wine or a dinner together, love a spontaneous little chat, but are also very respectful of each other's space.

About you: We are looking for someone who is also a young professional and looking for a shared apartment that has a homely atmosphere. Our top 2 things are cleanliness and communication - you can keep your room however you like, but must keep shared areas clean, and please communicate well - it's absolutely no problem to have friends/ family over for a dinner, drinks, or the weekend, but please let us know! Non-smokers are preferred.
