The upper glacier road only serves to access the upper part of the village and is correspondingly little trafficked. The location at 1,111 meters above sea level not only offers more views and sunshine but also higher snow security. The building is oriented south and offers a unique view of the Fiescherhorn (4,050 meters) and the Eiger (3,970 meters). The original holiday home was extensively renovated and expanded by local craftsman's enterprises. In terms of building technology, energy, and architecture, the building can be described as a new building. The tasteful expansion, the large wellness area, the panoramic glazing of the living room, and the high-quality terrace systems exceed the usual standards and offer the highest quality of life in summer and winter.

Inside, the holiday home is still in the raw state and can be built out according to the buyer's wishes (materials/budgets). In spring 2025, the surroundings will be replanted with trees and shrubs according to the landscape architect's concept.
